




**Description:** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s or technical degree in Engineering or Technology; Solid knowledge of the automotive industry; Three years’ experience working in vehicle technical assistance; Knowledge and experience with remote technical support, vehicle diagnosis, and repair; Technical experience in vehicle diagnosis and repair, preferably of Volkswagen models; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Desirable: familiarity with Volkswagen do Brasil service systems (e.g., technical support, literature, warranty, parts, etc.); Desirable: intermediate English proficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** Provide direct technical support to VW dealerships in Brazil remotely via system, phone, or video; Identify technical inquiries from VW dealerships according to criteria provided by Volkswagen do Brasil; Escalate technical inquiries to VW’s internal technical team, stating the reason for escalation as per VW’s defined criteria; Support VW’s internal technical team in research and in creating support videos; Proactively contact dealerships via mobile phone, video call, or video support for technical inquiries; Participate in periodic meetings with VW’s internal technical team, reporting incidents encountered during support activities and performed technical analyses; Support reverse logistics and sorting of replaced parts in cases of technical research and analysis requested by Volkswagen do Brasil; Evaluate the quality of informational inquiries according to standardized criteria; Report evaluation results using the standard report format; Enter indicator results into the dedicated system. 2512200202551706550
