As the Strategy and Real Estate Development Manager, your mission will be to maximize value and liquidity generation from the real estate asset portfolio by defining the Strategic Plan for Use and Occupation and ensuring excellence in executing the Real Estate Disposal Plan—always aligning deliverables with business expectations and adhering to governance protocols for transaction validation by internal committees and the regulatory agency. If you seek purpose-driven work and the opportunity to transform lives, this is the place for you! #BoraTransformar! #VempraSabesp **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage strategic projects, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality delivery. * Lead multidisciplinary teams and maintain continuous alignment with stakeholders. * Lead the assessment of Sabesp’s real estate assets to identify optimal use and occupation strategies. * Identify property ownership, technical registration, and status within Sabesp’s internal systems. * Serve as the liaison between Sabesp and its contracted real estate consulting firm, facilitating all stages of real estate disposal and commercialization. * Develop and review financial feasibility studies for sales negotiations. * Lead the divestment strategy for the current real estate portfolio, identifying optimal sales opportunities. * Analyze and promote partnerships to enable structured capital market operations for portfolio commercialization, aligned with corporate strategy. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or Engineering. * MBA in Real Estate Management or Business. * Solid experience in the real estate market, particularly in real estate transactions. * Minimum 10 years’ experience leading medium-to-large-scale real estate projects is desirable. * Experience in **team and stakeholder management**, with the ability to make rapid, sound decisions. * Knowledge of real estate contracts (purchase and sale, leasing, surface rights). * Familiarity with zoning legislation and the Strategic Master Plan of the Municipality of São Paulo/SP. * Financial feasibility modeling knowledge is desirable. **Interpersonal and Behavioral Skills:** * Strong leadership and ability to motivate multidisciplinary teams. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to negotiate and manage conflicts with diverse stakeholders. * Proactivity, analytical thinking, and results orientation. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Private Health Assistance * Meal Voucher (VR) and Food Voucher (VA) * Transportation Voucher * Christmas Basket * Additional Vacation Bonus * Birthday Day Off * Extended Maternity Leave * Extended Paternity Leave * Daycare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers * Wellhub (Gympass) Partnership * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) Nova Sabesp is much more than a sanitation company.
