Job Summary: Ensure operational effectiveness and continuous improvement of fraud prevention processes, balancing risk mitigation, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and supervise the Onboarding, Transactional Monitoring, and CoE teams. 2. Coordinate operational routines and ensure SLA compliance. 3. Serve as the focal point between internal departments and support strategic initiatives. **Mission:** Ensure operational effectiveness and continuous evolution of fraud prevention processes across the pillars of Onboarding, Transactional Monitoring, and the Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring a balance among risk mitigation, customer experience, and operational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise the Onboarding, Transactional Monitoring, and CoE teams. * Coordinate operational routines of the analysis desks. * Ensure SLA and quality target compliance. * Monitor individual and team performance. * Develop and guide analysts. 30% Manage area indicators and performance * Monitor fraud KPIs, approval rates, losses avoided, and operational efficiency. * Analyze trends and propose tactical adjustments. * Report results to management with an executive perspective. * Ensure analysis quality and standardization. * Guarantee technical consistency in fraud decisions. * Implement quality control routines. * Reduce discrepancies and rework. * Serve as the focal point between internal departments. * Align requirements with Customer Service, Product, Technology, and Compliance. * Support strategic initiatives related to risk and fraud prevention. **Requirements:** * Experience in fraud prevention, data analysis, information security, or risk management, with practical leadership experience in digital environments and knowledge of financial products—especially within banking, fintechs, or payment solutions. * Completed undergraduate degree in: Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, Information Security, Technology, or related data analysis fields. * Availability to work in São Paulo under a hybrid model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
