Job Summary: A professional responsible for programming and operating CNC Router and Milling Machines, performing adjustments, calibrations, part inspections, and developing engineering drawings, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Key Highlights: 1. Programming and operating CNC Router and Milling Machine using G-code 2. Performing adjustments, calibrations, and part inspections 3. Developing engineering drawings using engineering software Programming and operating CNC Router and Milling Machine in accordance with procedures and technical standards; writing G\-code programs according to technical specifications; performing necessary adjustments and calibrations to ensure product quality and general part production; sampling inspection, part release, and self-control of parts; operating and developing engineering drawings using engineering software; optimizing and defining blanks for part manufacturing; reading and interpreting technical drawings; handling measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc. Desirable: Previous experience of 3 to 5 years; AutoCAD training; SolidWorks or similar software training; tool handling skills; Mastercam software programming experience; VCarve or similar software programming experience.
