If you possess leadership qualities, professional demeanor, and experience in condominium management, this opportunity is for you! ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide the access control/security guard team * Organize shift schedules and post coverage * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and procedures * Supervise entry and exit control for residents, visitors, and service providers * Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems * Prepare incident reports * Support the condominium administrator and management as needed * Handle conflict resolution and emergency situations ### **Requirements:** * Proven experience as an Access Controller or Lead Security Guard in condominiums * Experience leading teams * Knowledge of access control systems * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ethical conduct, proactivity, and accountability * Completed high school education ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Training/certification in security guard/access control field * Basic computer literacy * Experience working in medium- or large-sized condominiums ### **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher / Food Allowance Minimum Educational Requirement: Elementary School (1st level)
