An industrial and building maintenance services company is seeking an HR Manager in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Manage HR-related activities by establishing priorities, processes, and action strategies. Administer the entire people management cycle, including organizational human development practices, performance evaluations, and individual development plans. Supervise personnel administration routines, including payroll verification, benefits, and labor obligations. Interact with external accounting to ensure tax compliance and adherence to deadlines specified in the eSocial schedule. Previous experience as HR Director, Talent Manager, People Management Coordinator, or HR Leader may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
