Job Summary: Responsible for bank reconciliation, issuance and analysis of statements, monitoring of receipts, and maintenance of financial records in ERP systems, as well as supporting audits. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in the Accounts Receivable area 2. Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or similar) 3. Organization and attention to detail, with focus on deadlines and goals Perform bank reconciliation, ensuring proper clearance of receivables and identification of discrepancies. Issue and analyze bank statements, payment summaries (borderôs), and financial reports to monitor financial performance. Monitor the cash inflow process, controlling due dates and delinquency. Maintain up-to-date and organized financial records in ERP systems and control spreadsheets. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial information, reports, and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Financial Management, or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with proven experience in the Accounts Receivable area. * Prior experience in financial routines; * Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge; * Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle or similar); * Ability to work under deadlines and toward goals; * Organization and attention to detail; * Interpersonal skills; * Active collaboration.
