Industrial Assembler

Description

A multinational company in the metal-mechanical sector is hiring an Industrial Assembler to work on large-scale projects. If you are proficient in technical drawing, have field experience, and prioritize safety above all else, this position is for you! Key Responsibilities: \- Perform mechanical assembly of machines, equipment, skids, and structures according to project specifications; \- Read and interpret technical drawings, isometrics, and assembly diagrams; \- Carry out alignment, leveling, torqueing, and precision adjustments; \- Assemble piping systems, supports, platforms, ladders, and guardrails; \- Operate tools: torque wrench, angle grinder, magnetic drill, oxy-acetylene torch; \- Work at heights and in confined spaces, strictly adhering to all PTs (Permit-to-Work) and APRs (Risk Analysis); \- Conduct pre-assembly on workbenches and final assembly at site; \- Participate in leak-tightness tests, functional tests, and commissioning; \- Complete RDO (Daily Report), checklists, and report daily progress; \- Ensure 5S implementation and full compliance with NR-10, NR-11, NR-33, and NR-35 regulations. Mandatory Requirements: \- Completed high school education + Mechanical Assembler course or SENAI certification; \- Minimum 2 years of industrial assembly experience; \- Ability to read technical drawings and perform metrology tasks using calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators; \- Valid NR-35 (Work at Heights) and updated NR-10 (Electrical Safety) certifications; \- Full availability for national travel and on-site accommodation; Desirable Requirements: \- Technical degree in Industrial Mechanics; \- MIG/MAG or Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) skills; \- NR-33 (Confined Space) and NR-11 (Overhead Crane Operator) certifications; \*We offer the Metalworkers' Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCT) 2025/2026:\* \- \*Salary: BRL 3,300.00 to BRL 4,800.00 + 30% hazard pay\*; \- \*Meal Allowance: BRL 42.00/day\* + Basic Food Basket: BRL 350.00/month; \- Bradesco National Top Health Plan + Dental Plan for you and dependents; \- Profit Sharing (PLR): average of 2 salaries per year; \- Life Insurance: 24x monthly salary + Funeral Assistance; \- Night Shift Bonus: 35% + Overtime Pay: 100% on Saturdays/Sundays; \- Daily Allowance: BRL 150.00 + hotel + transportation when working on site; \- Attendance Bonus: BRL 250.00/month; \- All PPEs, flame-resistant uniform, and specialized tools provided; \- 100% employer-funded refresher training and professional development courses. \*Employment Type:\* CLT | Project-based | Immediate mobilization required Compensation: BRL 3,345.05 – BRL 4,559.24 per month Benefits: * Basic food basket * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
