Dynamic environment undergoing rapid evolution ### **Our Processes and Controls Team** The Processes and Controls team operates strategically alongside all C6 Bank departments to manage operational risks, internal controls, and continuity risks related to the bank's products, processes, and third parties. ### **Your Responsibilities as a CSixer** * Map the bank's processes and products to identify potential operational risks and their respective internal controls; * Daily interaction with business, institutional, and technology areas, working collaboratively, adding value, and applying market best practices; * Creation and maintenance of the risk matrix and other operational risk management tools; * Testing of internal control design and effectiveness through sample and comprehensive testing using data \& analytics tools; * Monitoring implementation of action plans associated with operational risks and internal controls; * Preparation of materials for committees and forums related to risks and internal controls; * Liaising with regulatory bodies and auditors. ### **Requirements and Experience** * Advanced knowledge of banking products, services, and processes; * Solid experience in operational risk management and internal controls routines; * Advanced knowledge of internal control effectiveness testing techniques; * Prior experience with data visualization tools, SQL, Python, or other programming languages; * Proficiency in the Sarbanes\-Oxley (SOX) Act, COSO framework, and Risk \& Control Self\-Assessment (RCSA) methodology; * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment; * Advanced/fluent English is considered a plus; * Willingness to work onsite at Av. 9 de Julho. ### **Our Benefits** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Life Insurance; * WellHub; * Conexa \| Psicologia Viva \- Free online therapy; * C6 Carbon Card; * Carbon Spa \- Beauty salon located in our office; * Nursing Room; * Citizen Company \- Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Bicycle parking; * Changing room; * Social Space \- Video games, billiards table, playball, barbecue grill, beer tap, snack bar, various rest areas, hammocks, basketball hoop, and collaborative organic garden. **C6 BANK** ----------- ### **FOR AN EXTRAORDINARY LIFE** We serve individuals, micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs), and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across all Brazilian states.
