Manage involved suppliers and accountability reporting ### **Our Collections Area \- BNDU Operations** The Collections area is responsible for maximizing credit recovery through structured communication strategies, performance management, and optimization of operational channels. Our focus is to offer efficient renegotiation solutions to delinquent customers via multiple contact channels (e.g., advisory services, app, website, WhatsApp, among others), combining data intelligence, structured testing, and campaign governance to enhance outcomes. For secured credit products (vehicles and real estate), we also handle asset repossession when necessary.
