Now, beyond being our client, you can also join our team! **Job Mission:** Provide Level 1 operational and technical support, ensuring that IT equipment, environments, and resources are organized, available, and functioning properly—contributing to business continuity and delivering a positive experience for employees, especially during onboarding and initial support interactions. **Main Responsibilities:** * Organize and maintain the workplace and IT equipment; * Exchange information related to technology products and services; * Assemble, configure, and perform basic maintenance on equipment; * Deliver Level 1 (N1\) technical support, including initial ticket triage and resolution; * Sort, track, and organize equipment and assets; * Format and prepare equipment (desktops, notebooks, and peripherals); * Monitor and prepare equipment for new employee onboarding processes. **T****ype of Contract:** Administrative Apprentice; **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 2:15 PM (100% on-site); **Work Location:** Headquarters \- Vila Leopoldina (near Parque Vila Lobos / Vila Lobos\-Jaguaré Station).
