




Description: Requirements: Experience: * Previous experience in benefits implementation (health, life, and dental); * Experience with Workflow systems. * Knowledge of how health insurers and insurance companies operate. Desired Technical Skills: * Intermediate/advanced Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint); * Knowledge of benefits management systems (Workflow); * Basic understanding of compliance and regulation in the supplementary health market. * Knowledge of corporate benefits processes (lives, eligibility, regulatory deadlines). Key Responsibilities: * Daily monitoring of the system through which we receive implementation initiation requests, respecting SLA deadlines for initiating processing; * Conducting kick-off and alignment meetings with clients and operators. * Developing and updating the Implementation Schedule to ensure contractual deadlines and deliverables are met throughout the implementation project. * Scheduling working sessions with the client to map contractual rules and specific requirements; * Collecting, validating, and processing registration information and documents required for submission to operators; * Monitoring and guiding the signing of documents included in the contractual kit; * Monitoring the signing of the Alper service provision contract; * Thoroughly and consultatively reviewing all documents to avoid unnecessary rejections and process delays; * Submitting documentation to the insurer, always safeguarding the effective date, and requesting necessary prioritization whenever there is a risk of failing to guarantee coverage for lives; * Ensuring correct issuance of policies and contracts, ID cards, user manuals, and other materials to beneficiaries. * Monitoring the entire process alongside operators and insurers until completion; * Ensuring beneficiaries receive ID card numbers prior to the effective date; * Acting consultatively by advising clients and partners on processes, deadlines, documents, and best practices; * Alerting management whenever support is needed or deadlines cannot be met or activities executed; * Supporting internal audits and complying with regulatory requirements, as needed. * Ensuring all internal systems are updated following process completion; * Interfacing with internal departments (Handover) such as Client Relations, Operations, and Communications; * Maintaining up-to-date records and supporting the development of tracking and reporting materials, ensuring seamless continuity of any initiated request or process in one’s absence; * Identifying and flagging opportunities for process improvement and contributing solutions; 251219020255625745
