Job Summary: Perform painting services on various surfaces, preparing them and applying paints according to required specifications, using appropriate techniques and materials. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and correcting defects. 2. Mix paints and pigments to achieve the desired color and quality. 3. Apply paint using rollers, brushes, or spray guns. Perform painting services on metallic, wooden, or masonry surfaces, preparing surfaces and paints, adding solvents and other substances to ensure they meet required specifications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect the work to be performed, verifying measurements, positioning, and condition of surfaces to be painted, determining procedures and materials to be used; * Prepare surfaces to be painted by cleaning, brushing, and removing old paint or damaged areas using scrapers, sandpaper, solvents, and air jets to eliminate residues, as well as retouching flaws and joints to correct defects and improve paint adhesion; * Prepare painting materials by mixing paints, pigments, oil, diluents, and drying agents in appropriate proportions to achieve the specified color and quality; * Paint surfaces by applying one or multiple coats of paint using rollers, brushes, or spray guns; * Perform other duties related to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed elementary education; * Course in Building Painting; * Prior experience in this role is desirable; **Additional Information** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, with a 1-hour break **SPDM** \- Associação Paulista para o Desenvolvimento da Medicina (São Paulo Association for the Development of Medicine) is a non-profit, philanthropic civil association, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925 dated 03/04/1966, No. 40\.103 dated 05/17/1962, and No. 8\.911 dated 07/30/1970\.
