PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. Candidates who are approved may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Young Apprentice) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Experience in pedagogical activities and teaching young people or adults in the following curriculum components: Portuguese Language, Writing, Interpersonal Relationships, Motivation, Leadership, People Management, Administration, and/or Finance. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications; otherwise, documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of performed activities; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, clearly linking to the target position (only if CTPS entry title matches the position required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
