




Job Summary: The Construction Planner is responsible for developing and updating schedules, monitoring execution, interpreting design documents, and integrating teams to align resources and deadlines. Integration with various teams to align resources and deadlines. ;Construction Planner **Work Location:** São Bernardo do Campo – SP (100% on-site) **Main Responsibilities:** Develop and update the project's physical and financial schedules; Monitor on-site activity execution, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions; Read and interpret architectural, structural, and complementary design documents; Integrate with engineering, construction, procurement, and supplier teams to align resources, deadlines, and construction methodology; Prepare progress reports, performance indicators, and project status updates; Participate in construction meetings, develop, and manage action plans; Contribute to implementing best practices on-site, including logistics and service sequencing. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (completed or in progress); Experience in civil construction projects (preferred); Ability to read and interpret construction drawings; Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) is a plus; Analytical ability, organizational skills, strong communication, and teamwork; Willingness to work 100% on-site in São Bernardo do Campo.
