You can support us as a **Network and Infrastructure Analyst**. **What will be your responsibilities?** You will be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of the network and hardware infrastructure across our branches and headquarters. You will focus on intermediate/advanced technical support, asset management, and implementation of continuous improvement projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer and provide support for infrastructure/network; * Manage assets (servers, firewalls, and switches); * Collaborate with the global network team. **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Computer Networks or Computer Engineering; * Knowledge of Cisco Meraki, Cisco/Intelbras switches, access points, VMs, WAN/LAN, and Palo Alto; * Familiarity with ITIL concepts and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); * Intermediate English (technical reading and communication). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical certifications; * Spanish; * Experience in the entertainment or large-scale retail sector; * Knowledge of inventory management and hardware return/maintenance processes. **Work Model:** On-site **Schedule:** 6x1 – Shift from 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM \- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Languages:* Spanish (Intermediate) * English (Intermediate) Willingness to travel
