The Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager is the line manager for a team of engineering technicians. They maintain a focus on safety through training, development, and guidance of their team. They deliver a high level of equipment availability by ensuring all preventive maintenance is performed and internal processes and procedures are followed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead, support, and mentor the team, ensuring they work safely, to standard, and efficiently. * Collaborate with the team and broader network to leverage available technical expertise and build solutions. * Support the Reliability Engineering Manager as they work with the Site Safety Department and Site Leadership to implement, document, and audit safety and statutory compliance programs to provide a safe working environment for all employees. * Implement network standards and focus on preventive maintenance to deliver a high level of equipment availability for our internal clients. * Ensure sufficient technical coverage is available for the shifts they oversee, organizing and directing the team’s training program. * Organize local projects or support global projects as directed by management. * Be prepared to work shift hours to maintain strong connection with the team and daily operations. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production or related fields) * Experience in technical management or supervision of maintenance teams (people and process management) * Solid knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment * Knowledge of implementing technical standards and best practices in reliability engineering * Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and equipment performance metrics (OEE, MTBF, MTTR) * Experience managing technical projects * Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and hierarchical levels * Capability to identify, mobilize, and apply technical expertise * Willingness to travel and work in Cajamar \- São Paulo Location: Cajamar \- São Paulo Work Model: On-site JLL has a diverse and inclusive culture.
