Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Responsibilities:** * Lead Facility Management teams, developing and training staff * Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and meeting expectations • Supervise service contracts, ensuring efficient delivery • Oversee site financial operations, achieving budgetary targets and requirements * Implement and maintain health and safety programs in compliance with regulations * Manage site operations applying industry best practices * Report critical KPIs and performance indicators * Conduct internal control audits and assessments * Serve as the single point of contact for on-site project management * Develop improved processes that optimize services and reduce costs **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, or related fields * Solid experience in Facilities Management and team leadership in Facilities Management * Knowledge of building operations and maintenance * Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems * Proficiency in CAFM/IWMS tools and KPIs * Advanced English and Spanish are mandatory (conversational level) * Contract and vendor management * Budgetary control and financial analysis * Knowledge of health and safety regulations * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement * Management of multiple stakeholders and projects Work model: On-site Location: Louveira \- São Paulo \- SP JLL fosters a diverse and inclusive culture.
