Job Summary: Professional for modeling and simulation of production flows, logistical interfaces, and development of digital models of industrial plants, with a focus on capacity analysis and optimization. Key Highlights: 1. Modeling and simulation of production flows and logistical interfaces. 2. Development of digital models of industrial plants (AS BUILT). 3. Working with tools such as Tecnomatix, Process Designer, and MicroStation. RESPONSIBILITIES Modeling and simulation of production flows and logistical interfaces; Definition and sizing of buffers, storage areas, and conveyors; Conversion of layouts into 2D and 3D models within the Tecnomatix environment; Development of digital models of industrial plants (AS BUILT); Support in productive capacity analysis and bottleneck identification; Preparation of technical reports in English; Delivery of simulation models and files according to client standards; Ensuring compliance with Volkswagen's technical requirements and standards. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** Experience in simulation of production flows and logistical processes; Experience in industrial layout modeling (2D and 3D); Knowledge of productive capacity analysis and bottleneck identification; Experience in defining buffers, intermediate stock, and conveyors; Experience converting layouts (CAD) into functional simulation models; Experience developing AS BUILT models of industrial plants; Advanced English (reading, writing, and technical communication). TOOLS (MANDATORY) Tecnomatix Plant Simulation Process Designer Process Simulate MicroStation (Bentley) Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) ADDITIONAL ASSETS Experience in Digital Factory (DIKAB) projects; Experience with Volkswagen or other automotive OEMs; Knowledge of Automotive Library (VDA); Experience with VW Group industrial plants (Brazil or abroad). **About the position:** On-site work in São Bernardo do Campo (Anchieta plant)
