A company undergoing rapid expansion **Address** Rua Gomes de Carvalho, 1327, Vila Olímpia \- São Paulo, SP **What is the work environment like?** **Work model:** Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). **Office address:** Rua Gomes de Carvalho, 1327 \- Vila Olímpia. **Job Responsibilities** * Develop and monitor architecture and interior design projects focused on retail, conducting massing studies, layout planning, section drawings, façade design, and other details necessary for project execution. * Prepare briefings and interface with the expansion team to align and execute projects (massing and layout studies), ensuring compliance with established guidelines. * Develop and present layout projects to the Project Committee. * Supervise and guide third-party architectural firms in developing construction documents, analyzing and coordinating floor plans to ensure all architectural and technical brand standards are met. * Conduct technical site visits to properties regularly (1–2 times per month) to better understand the location and conceptualize projects, ensuring accuracy in implementation planning, access points, and visual communication elements. * Coordinate procurement requests related to linens, furniture, and visual communication in collaboration with the purchasing team. * Manage supplier interfaces to ensure timely delivery and adherence to specifications. * Collaborate with internal and external teams to guarantee project feasibility and execution. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields. * Experience in retail, preferably in store or commercial space projects. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD. * Knowledge of Photoshop and Revit is considered a plus. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Benefits** * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Parking * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher **Additional Notes and/or Benefits** University partnership program SESC partnership ️ VIP Gold Plan VIP Companion Birthday Day Off **Organization Mission** MISSION: Inspire healthy lives.
