Manage customer satisfaction levels and oversee the customer journey within organizations. Manage human and financial resources, advise executive management and organizational departments, and implement public relations and ombudsman initiatives. Analyze the current landscape of these areas, participate in political decision-making processes, contribute to public policy formulation, and manage e-commerce operations. **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Design tests and assessments related to selection processes on the institutional platform, ensuring organization and correct application of defined criteria. * Monitor and manage selection process platform indicators, analyzing performance, workflows, and outcomes to support departmental decision-making. * Review and validate documents produced by Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), ensuring compliance with INEP requirements and regulatory process stages. * Ensure consistency and standardization of language in academic documents, guaranteeing clarity, objectivity, and alignment with current evaluation instruments. * Support internal departmental requests, contributing to meeting deadlines and organizing academic processes. * Participate in creative processes, proposing ideas, references, and strategic solutions to improve products, documents, and departmental workflows. * Collaborate with partner departments, ensuring alignment and coherence between received information and produced academic documents. * Revise and refine existing texts, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to institutional and regulatory standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Social Communication, Letters, or related fields. **Experience:** * Prior experience in educational institutions, preferably in the academic department, with exposure to administrative routines, content production, or pedagogical support. **Technical Competencies:** * Excellent writing ability, adaptable to different formats, audiences, and objectives. * Full Microsoft Office suite (functional Excel formulas; Pivot Tables; advanced document formatting) * Creation of structured and visually organized presentations. * Knowledge of layout and material organization (experience with editing or design tools is desirable). **Additional Information** **Work Schedule:** 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon–Fri), 200 hours/month **Benefits:** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Pharmacy Partnership * Gym Partnership — Total Pass * 2 Full Scholarships (Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and MBA)* Extends to dependents. * Birthday Day Off: One day off during your birthday month (prior alignment with direct manager required) Are you ready to contribute to our purpose of quality and excellence in education?
