Responsible for executing low-to-medium complexity processes, ensuring management of Service Contracts and Deferred Revenue for TOTVS Group Service Units. **Responsibilities and Duties** Gather requirements through meetings with clients to ensure proper activity planning within projects; Plan projects through meetings with client teams and technical teams; Validate capacity, architecture, business continuity, and infrastructure environment security issues, presenting projects to architecture committees; Ensure project deliveries are completed within agreed timelines, executing projects according to agile or waterfall methodologies; Remove obstacles that may jeopardize agreed timelines through negotiation and/or escalation to relevant areas; Clearly present project progress (including associated risks) to both infrastructure teams and clients, establishing regular project status cadences and reporting progress; Maintain the infrastructure environment—including security and governance standards—through comprehensive documentation and proper GMUD creation; Ensure appropriate communication with internal areas through periodic client meetings, proactively anticipating demands. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Administration or related fields. Basic knowledge in at least one technology area, such as: information security, networking, storage, operating systems, virtualization, cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, integrations, or development; Basic knowledge of Kanban tools; Basic knowledge of one or more demand management and data analysis tools: Project, Jira, Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio; Basic knowledge of infrastructure implementations.
