




Job Summary: Responsible for technical processes, quality, scheduling, LEAN, safety, and team management, ensuring the proper operation of the manufacturing plant and achievement of production targets. Development of new equipment and optimization of existing equipment Responsible for technical processes, quality, scheduling, LEAN, safety, and team management, maintaining the manufacturing plant in optimal operating condition by performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, ensuring fulfillment of production area requests and deadlines, thereby supporting achievement of production targets. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure quality and timeliness of all maintenance activities performed. Ensure compliance with the four LEAN principles (Flow, Connection, Standardization, and Continuous Improvement). Participate simultaneously and strategically with Machinery Engineering in developing new equipment and improving existing equipment. Ensure Daily Safety Dialogue (DDS) for the entire team during their respective shifts. Promote shift handover including relevant incidents. Monitor productivity, quality, 5S, and people management indicators. Follow\-up on incidents. Perform all tasks of similar nature and complexity level associated with the organizational environment. Validate technical drawings of machines and equipment. Ensure response to emergency calls from production. Ensure supply of raw materials and inputs. Ensure, together with the team, equipment refurbishment and improvement. Ensure corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance of machines and equipment. Ensure use of tools for failure analysis and machine performance evaluation. Report potential factory production stoppages due to lack of maintenance. Review daily attendance calendar of employees. Hold meetings with Group Leaders (GLs) of operations to present issues requiring resolution. Ensure, together with the team, identification and resolution of safety deviations. Ensure and validate continuous improvement of machines and equipment to increase productivity at lower cost. Manage, develop, and technically supervise professionals’ activities through ranking (traffic light system), addressing employee challenges as well as replacement planning. Ensure operation of remote workstations by analyzing daily absenteeism. Conduct and monitor monthly team TIME closure. Schedule and monitor overtime work and vacation planning for the team according to factory demand.
