Learn more about the company's **Customized Polymer** , **Sustainable Fiber** , **Durable Metal** , and **Integrated Solutions** at **www.greif.com** and follow **Greif** on Instagram and LinkedIn. **OUR VISION:** Being the customer service company in the world. **OUR PURPOSE:** Creating packaging solutions for life’s essentials. **Job Requisition \#:** 034182 Senior Logistics Analyst (Open) **Job Description:** **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise all activities performed by the contractor related to receiving, shipping, and inventory control; * Prepare monthly closing reports showing the occupied square footage of Greif products within the external warehouse; * Compile inventory-related data and submit it to the contractor’s tax department for preparation of the inventory circularization letter; * Participate in weekly inventory meetings; * Coordinate the collection of returnable pallets held by third parties; * Request plastic scrap collection from Greif; * Conduct semi-annual or ad-hoc inventory counts; * Evaluate inventory levels, warehouse slotting, and proper product storage conditions; * Execute nighttime transfers to the warehouse; * Process sales invoices, sample invoices, repair consignment invoices, triangular invoices, and transfer invoices; * Develop and create spreadsheets for inventory control and performance indicators; * Create internal, external, and general warehouse transfer orders; * Schedule daily plastic loading operations; * Monitor incoming customer return and rejection invoices for plastic products. Provide support to the Forklift Operator as needed in their absence * **Education** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics **Required Certifications** Forklift Operator certification. * **Desired Qualifications** * Knowledge of road transportation and logistics sectors, warehouse operations, and receiving/shipping processes. * Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. * Strong organizational and written/oral communication skills. * Attention to detail and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines. * Basic knowledge of accounting practices. * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
