This role focuses on ensuring technical excellence in the area, operating on the front line of accounting closing and leading the evolution of our internal processes. We seek a **hands\-on** profile with sharp analytical thinking, capable of seamlessly transitioning between operational execution and strategic goal delivery. **What You’ll Do Here:** * Lead the **monthly accounting closing** with a focus on accuracy and agility; * Perform **balance reconciliations** and ensure full data integrity; * Serve as a consultative support point for internal departments and **external audit**; * Prepare **financial statements** (individual and consolidated); * Map operational workflows, eliminate bottlenecks, and implement **continuous improvements**; * Collaborate on strategic projects aligned with the company's OKRs. **Who We’re Looking For** **Must-Have:** * **Background:** Degree in Accounting Sciences (completed or in progress); * **Track record:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting (experience in **Fintechs** is a strong differentiator); * **Tech Stack:** Proficiency in Accounting ERPs, Google Sheets, and Excel; * **Hard Skills:** Mastery of **CPCs**, preparation of Financial Statements and Reports; * **Soft Skills:** Proactivity, direct communication, and results orientation. **Bonus Points:** * **Data Tech:** Knowledge of **SQL, Python, or AI** applied to daily tasks; * **Excel:** Advanced level with **Macros and VBA**; * **Management:** Familiarity with delivery management tools and KPIs; * **Language:** Advanced English.
