Participate in project team meetings for project schedule "follow up". Provide support regarding planning, statistical calculations, and references from other projects. Assist senior management in tracking project schedule adherence and identifying potential schedule deviations. Prepare presentations containing managerial information and statistical data. Support construction planning. Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing relevant project planning information, including data on resources, deadlines, and costs. Contribute to the development of activity schedules, helping define milestones, task sequencing, and duration estimates. Collaborate in resource management, including labor, materials, and equipment, assisting in maintaining records and ensuring appropriate allocation. Support topographic and planialtimetric surveys. Develop and legalize building projects under the supervision of a civil engineer, planning execution, estimating costs, procuring supplies, and supervising construction works and services. Train labor personnel and conduct technological control of materials and soil. Organize the technical documentation archive for the construction site (drawings, flowcharts, data sheets, isometrics, procedures), supporting functional areas, business centers, and projects to meet contractual requirements and ensure quality and compliance of processes carried out on-site. Support sizing of direct and indirect labor teams based on execution deadlines and technical specifications for each construction phase. Assist in sizing site facilities for the construction projects under study, positioning various units (e.g., cafeterias, restrooms) according to the number of workers to be employed and the overall project layout. Prepare attack plan drawings and site layouts. Monitor and analyze changes in legislation and the technological landscape to inform and guide the project team in adapting/regularizing internal procedures. **Candidate Requirements** High School Diploma + Technical Course.
