Senior Process Analyst

Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, documenting, and optimizing production and operational processes; identifying bottlenecks; analyzing KPIs; and promoting continuous improvement. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and engagement **Main Responsibilities:** * Map and document production and operational processes; * Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in production processes; * Analyze performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements; * Standardize and optimize workflow processes; * Develop and monitor action plans to correct failures; * Collaborate with operational teams to implement improvements; * Conduct behavioral analyses of teams involved in the processes, understanding the human impact on results; * Identify training and development needs based on observed gaps; * Promote a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement in processes. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Process Management, or related fields); * Experience in process analysis and improvement; * Knowledge of management tools (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.); * Analytical skills and critical thinking; * Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse individuals. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial or production environments; * Knowledge of people management and organizational behavior; * Ability to identify both technical and human gaps within processes.
