Development of architecture and industrial engineering projects Dennis Group is seeking talented individuals to contribute to project development as part of a large Engineering and Architecture team. The professional will work in multidisciplinary project teams and have the opportunity to execute, practice, and apply a broad range of architectural skills in this role. **About the Position** * Develop architecture and industrial engineering projects across conceptual, basic, and detailed phases * Prepare documents and drawings in compliance with construction standards, zoning regulations, accessibility requirements, and fire safety codes * Draft technical specifications, descriptive memoranda, and procurement notices defining materials, finishes, techniques, and methodologies * Produce quantity take-offs and cost estimates * Maintain active relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors * Execute projects and coordination using BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) **About You** * Minimum of 3 years of professional experience across all phases of architectural projects * Advanced English (mandatory) * Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning * Knowledge of building codes, specifications, construction systems, and engineering principles * Experience with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Revit * Problem-solving and time management skills * Proficiency in written and oral communication Hybrid work model (3 days per week onsite) in São Paulo/SP, located just a few meters from Paulista Metro Station. **About Us** We plan, design, and build food manufacturing facilities for major brands across Brazil and worldwide.
