Join our team and become part of a group that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** The professional will be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of operational controls, directly driving continuous process improvement, and ensuring internal governance. We seek an analytical profile with strong operational presence to support leadership’s strategic decisions. * **Field Diagnosis:** Conduct *gemba walks* and *walkthroughs* to diagnose and improve processes directly within operations. * **Risk Management and Compliance:** Identify operational risks, test controls, and ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. * **Inventory and Process Audit Analysis:** Experience conducting process and inventory audits, ensuring accuracy, governance, and organization of inventories. * **Monitoring and Continuous Improvement:** Perform *follow-up* and tracking of action plans, ensuring implementation of corrective actions and improvements together with managers. * **Executive Reporting:** Prepare reports on improvement opportunities and strategic management reports to support leadership decision-making. * **Controls Culture:** Assist in disseminating best practices in processes and compliance across operational teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, Production Engineering, Quality, or related fields; * Prior experience in Internal Controls, Process/Inventory Auditing, Quality, or Continuous Improvement; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Advanced Excel); * Experience with process analysis and root-cause methodologies (Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma); * Familiarity with COSO, ISO 31000, SOX; * Hands-on profile with resilience to work closely with operations; * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both shop-floor/operational teams and senior management; * Analytical and strategic mindset. **Differentiators** * Knowledge of Data Analytics tools (Power BI); * Proficiency in AI tools; * Driver's License Category B; Willingness to travel. * **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS, AND THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
