Description

Perform teleattendance processes related to scheduling appointments, follow-up visits, and medical examinations for users, in order to maintain organizational efficiency and high-quality service, contributing to the achievement of the institution's goals. **Responsibilities and duties** * Conduct proactive and reactive teleattendance for patients to schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and medical examinations; * Provide support to departments within the institution; * Strictly adhere to routines described in the departmental manual; * Record all interactions conducted; * Perform other activities relevant to the position. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills and completion of a Customer Service, Telemarketing, or related course are desirable. **Additional information** Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM or from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM Transportation Benefit Meal Benefit BRL 200.00 The **SPDM** \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine is a non-profit civil association of philanthropic nature, recognized as being of federal, state, and municipal public utility in its headquarters city, respectively by Decrees No. 57\.925, dated 03/04/1966; No. 40\.103, dated 05/17/1962; and No. 8\.911, dated 07/30/1970\.
