We are hiring a Receptionist to work in a medical clinic, providing in-person patient care, managing the medical appointment schedule, and supporting front-desk administrative routines. We seek a communicative, organized professional with strong interpersonal skills who delivers humane and efficient service. Responsibilities: * Greet patients and visitors; * Schedule and reschedule appointments; * Register and update data in the system; * Organize the reception area and medical records; * Provide administrative support to the medical team; * Manage health insurance plans, referral forms, and authorizations; * Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service; * Basic computer knowledge; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, responsibility, and courtesy. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in medical clinics or hospitals; * Experience handling medical health insurance plans.
