**Responsibilities and duties** *Key responsibilities*
* Assist the Billing Department with process control and analysis, indicator spreadsheets, and presentation reports on results.
* Process customer complaint credits/debits through analysis of specific procedures.
* Issue invoices whenever necessary via SAP transactions to fulfill customer requests.
* Monitor and manage special tax regimes granted by State and/or Federal authorities under Brazilian tax legislation, ensuring compliance with fiscal requirements stipulated in such grants.
**Requirements and qualifications** *Essential requirements:*
* Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, International Trade, or related fields;
* Basic Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Basic knowledge of Financial Mathematics;
* Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, teamwork ability, dynamism, and a sense of organization and control.
*Desirable requirements:*
* Familiarity with SAP modules QM, FI, and SD.
