You will join a team that continuously strives for innovation, agility, and development.  **Become a Catupilover!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify incoming tax invoices for goods and services, checking taxes, CFOP, CST, NCM, and other tax-related information; * Record and classify tax invoices in the ERP system; * Validate supplier data, purchase orders, and supporting documents; * Support fiscal ledger control and document organization; * Assist in calculating indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS, COFINS) and ancillary obligations, when required; * Communicate\-with Procurement, Accounting, and Physical Receiving departments to ensure correct fiscal receipt; * Support resolution of tax discrepancies and monitor returns; * Stay up to date on applicable tax laws and regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Accounting, Administration, or related fields preferred); * Prior experience in tax roles, preferably focused on receiving tax invoices; * Basic knowledge of taxes (ICMS, Withheld Service Taxes, IPI, PIS, and COFINS); * Familiarity with ERP systems (TOTVS). **Additional Information** * Location: Bom Retiro (relocation to Lapa region pending) \- Hybrid model 3x2; * Health Insurance (Porto Seguro); * Dental Insurance (Porto Seguro); * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * GymPass/WellHub; * Vitta \- telemedicine; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); * Breakfast; * Parking Agreement; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Agreement; * Corporate University; * Career Development Plan; * Birthday Day Off; * Discounts on Catupiry products at our Emporium.
