Job Summary: Assist in civil construction and improvement projects, prepare soil, maintain tools, and comply with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Tool maintenance and workplace safety **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist in construction and/or renovation of civil works and improvements, transport materials, prepare construction mixtures, assist in general painting, demolish concrete, masonry, or other structures as directed by the supervisor. * Prepare soil for laying foundations of burial plots, clean the work area, remove unnecessary materials, excavate trenches, compact backfill, level areas for grass planting, and assist in constructing scaffolding and ceiling forms for slabs. * Maintain work tools by cleaning and storing them in locations designated by the company, and comply with the group's safety regulations. **Education:** Completed elementary or high school education. **Working Hours:** 5x2 \- Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 07:00 to 16:00 **Benefits:** Medical plan (Unimed), Dental plan (Porto Seguro), Food basket, Total Pass, Life insurance (Porto Seguro), Partnerships with schools, colleges, and gyms, Transportation allowance, Quick massage, and Monthly birthday celebrations.
