Focus on hygiene, food safety, and inventory control Multiple opportunities to work in our bakeries located in the East Zone of São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Develop training programs and standardize processes related to bakery and confectionery; Manage personnel; Supervise the production, display, and sale of bread, cakes, savory snacks, sweets, and other bakery products; Coordinate and guide teams of bakers, confectioners, sales clerks, and assistants; Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and good handling practices; Control inventory, product expiration dates, waste, and raw material replenishment needs; Monitor team performance, providing training and feedback; Maintain sector organization, cleanliness, and proper presentation; Plan and manage work schedules and time off; Monitor sales targets, profit margins, and service quality; Provide customer service, addressing inquiries, complaints, and suggestions; Support promotional activities and launches of new products. **Minimum Education Level:** Elementary School (1st level)
