The selected candidate will assist with daily bakery operations and ensure product quality. Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing doughs, fillings, and frostings for cakes and desserts; * Assist in assembling and decorating desserts; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the work area; * Follow hygiene and food safety standards; * Collaborate with the team to ensure production efficiency. Requirements: * Prior experience in pastry is a plus; * Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely; * Attention to detail and manual dexterity; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (6x1 rotation); * Commitment to quality and excellence in work.
