Job Summary: We are seeking an Apprentice to support Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, with a focus on development and performance, working with data and processes. Key Highlights: 1. Learn about people development We are looking for an Apprentice to work in the Training & Development area, supporting development and performance initiatives. We seek someone curious, organized, and interested in learning about people development—who enjoys working with data and processes and is eager to contribute new ideas and improvements. This position will engage with strategic HR projects and support both operational routines and the creation of new development initiatives. **\#JoinGenial** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support administrative routines in the IT Governance area; * Assist in organizing, updating, and controlling IT documents, policies, standards, and procedures; * Support monitoring of controls, indicators, and records related to governance, compliance, and technology processes; * Assist in updating spreadsheets, simple reports, and internal controls; * Support collecting information from IT areas for audits, process reviews, or internal requests; * Support organizing meetings, minutes, agendas, and departmental materials; * Contribute to daily operational activities, always under team supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be aged between 14 and 24 years, per the Apprenticeship Law; * Currently enrolled in or have completed high school; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Interest in learning about IT Governance, processes, controls, and technology; * Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible; * Good communication skills and willingness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Interest in technology, governance, compliance, or processes; * Basic IT knowledge or ease with systems; * Basic spreadsheet and data organization skills. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Meal Voucher * Food Allowance * Life Insurance * TotalPass / GymPass Work Model: On-site **What Does It Mean to Be Genial?** It means pursuing excellence and making things happen.
