Apply now for the opportunity of **MERCHANDISING COORDINATOR** and become part of this industry giant. \#orgulhoroxo **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure correct implementation of Trade Marketing strategies at the point of sale (POS). * Ensure execution of planograms, promotional materials, and campaigns. * Monitor brand presence and display quality in stores. * Conduct training and alignment sessions for POS execution. * Ensure proper installation of merchandising materials. * Monitor promotional activities and campaigns at the point of sale. * Ensure compliance with visibility guidelines defined by the Trade Marketing team. * Track in-store presence indicators, share of shelf, and material execution. * Monitor stock-out indicators, facings, and brand visibility. * Identify opportunities for execution improvement and propose action plans. * Support the Sales team in improving in-store execution. * Provide field insights to enhance Trade Marketing strategies. * Collaborate with Trade Marketing on implementing point-of-sale (POS) strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** Execution of Trade Marketing strategies at the point of sale (POS); Analytical ability; Implementation of planograms and merchandising materials; Assertive communication; Management of in-store execution indicators; Results orientation; Knowledge of execution audit tools; Interpersonal skills; Route management and field team productivity; Time management; Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency. **Additional Information** Discussed during the interview.
