We combine analytical precision, creative intelligence, and aesthetic boldness into comprehensive solutions. We plan methodically, create intentionally, and measure rigorously—always side-by-side with our clients, as an extension of their marketing teams. On-Demand Support for Strategic Planning Leaders • Support Planning Heads in the department’s daily activities; • Provide ad-hoc support for large-scale 360° campaigns and high-complexity initiatives; • Provide ad-hoc support for tenders, prospecting, and new business development; • Conduct secondary data research, TGI analysis, and market intelligence gathering; • Develop high-standard strategic presentations; • Extract and translate data into meaningful insights for clients and projects; • Monitor ongoing project execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met; • Provide strategic support for tenders and new business initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related fields; Solid agency experience in planning (Mid/Senior level); Proven experience analyzing data, evaluating, and adjusting digital performance campaign KPIs; Proficiency in analytics tools and ability to interpret results to inform strategic decisions; Leadership profile and ability to guide and mentor media, content, and performance teams toward defined goals; Familiarity with research and monitoring tools (e.g., TGI, Comscore, SimilarWeb, etc.); Advanced proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint or Keynote); Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Proactivity, organization, and strong self-management capability; English proficiency for reading. Preferred Experience working with clients in construction, agribusiness, and financial sectors; Hands-on experience planning integrated 360° campaigns combining digital and offline channels; Familiarity with agile methodologies applied to communication projects.
