This role combines product management, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, task and deliverable management, and direct client interface — ensuring end-to-end excellence, from data collection to campaign delivery to the consumer. The ideal candidate for this position knows how to orchestrate people, requirements, and stakeholders with relentless focus on delivering results. Beyond technical knowledge, there is strong holistic understanding to balance execution, quality, and daily operational pressure. **Responsibilities:** *Team and Capacity Management* * Coordinate 9 professionals across 3 teams: Web Analytics, Data Engineering, and BI/Data Visualization * Conduct operational ceremonies with each team (dailies, sprint tracking) * Monitor capacity, identify overloads, and support reprioritization decisions between planned and emergent demands *Planning and Backlog Management* * Organize and maintain the backlog with traceability of status, owners, and deadlines * Conduct sprint planning based on availability vs. demand * Continuously prioritize and reprioritize, resolving conflicts among business areas *Execution and Operational Coordination* * Monitor day-to-day execution — follow\-ups, unblocking, and priority adjustments * Guide the team in task execution and provide direct support when necessary * Intervene upon detecting conflicting information to prevent rework and effort waste *Client and Stakeholder Interface* * Serve as the primary point of contact between the consulting firm and the client * Participate in ceremonies with business areas: prioritizations, refinements, and demand alignment * Lead weekly sprint reviews and planning, managing expectations regarding timeline, scope, and capacity *Quality, Risks, and Communication* * Ensure quality and clarity standards in team deliverables * Manage high-pressure situations, delays, and urgencies together with the client * Proactively identify risks (e.g., overload, misalignment, individual performance) and propose mitigation plans *Continuous Improvement and Strategic Vision* * Identify opportunities for operational improvement: automation and efficiency gains * Support structural initiatives such as governance projects and process evolution * Bring strategic vision and value creation — e.g., business opportunities via data *insights* **Requirements:** * Experience as a PM or operational leader in data or analytics contexts * Familiarity with agile methodologies (sprints, backlog, dailies, reviews) * Ability to orchestrate teams and requirements without direct hierarchical authority * Skill to act as a bridge between technical teams and business areas * Strong communication skills for stakeholder management and expectation alignment * Experience with management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, or similar **Differentiators:** * Experience with web analytics (GA4, Adobe Analytics), data engineering, or BI * Experience in large-scale e\-commerce projects * Prior work in consulting firms or multi-client environments
