Opportunity for professional development in an international context Job description As a CRM Process Analyst - Salesforce, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting CRM platforms, with a focus on Salesforce Financial Cloud and Marketing Cloud, operating within a regulated and highly critical corporate environment. This position involves close collaboration with technical and business teams to ensure system stability, security, resilience, and regulatory compliance, as well as active participation in incident management and continuous application improvement. This is a hybrid role based in São Paulo, requiring fluent English for communication with stakeholders and global teams.
