Identifying and resolving incidents to ensure operational continuity We are looking for a NOC/MOC Analyst to monitor and support critical environments, ensuring high availability and performance of IT services. The professional will be responsible for monitoring alerts, performing initial diagnostics, and escalating to support teams according to established procedures. Requirements: **Responsibilities** Monitor systems, networks, and services using NOC/MOC tools. Identify and resolve incidents to ensure operational continuity. Escalate issues to support teams according to SLA. Document incidents and maintain up-to-date records. Prepare availability and performance reports. Contribute to improvements in monitoring processes. **Mandatory Requirements** Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus). Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). Familiarity with operating systems (Linux and Windows). Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure. **Desirable** ITIL, NOC/MOC, or networking certifications (e.g., CCNA). Experience in high-availability environments. Knowledge of scripting for automation (Shell, Python).
