We seek someone eager to learn, collaborative in mindset, and genuinely interested in understanding how design can generate positive impact for users and business. You will work closely with Product, Technology, Data, and other teams, participating in all stages of the product development lifecycle—from discovery through delivery—always supported and guided by more experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities * Support creation of flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for web and mobile digital products * Develop medium- and high-fidelity prototypes with team support * Participate in user research, assisting in preparation, execution, and analysis of results * Conduct benchmarking and market reference analyses * Contribute to creation of user journey maps * Support production of information architecture deliverables * Monitor metrics, conversion funnels, and test results for continuous learning and improvement * Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and designers * Participate in co-creation sessions, workshops, usability tests, and experiments * Maintain clear and organized communication regarding task progress and deliverables * Support evolution of team UX processes and Design System What We Look For In You * Genuine interest in digital product design and user experience * Strong empathy for users and curiosity to understand their behaviors and needs * Good communication skills and openness to receiving feedback and continuous learning * Basic ability to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks * Initial critical thinking, with interest in connecting user needs to business objectives * Foundational knowledge of UX, UI, information architecture, and usability best practices * Interest in learning about user research, data analysis, and product metrics **Qualifications** **Qualifications** * product design * ux * ui * prototyping * metrics * usability testing **Additional Information** Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
