Job Summary: We are seeking a Analytics Engineer / BI professional to work in a hybrid capacity, defining and evolving the data analytics architecture, manipulating data, and building reliable models. Supporting the BI layer by ensuring reliable and high-performance data We are looking for an Analytics Engineer / BI professional who operates at the intersection of analytical engineering and BI, ensuring data is well-structured from source to final consumption in analytical tools. This person will play a pivotal role in the **definition and evolution of data analytics architecture, data manipulation, and the creation of reliable analytical models and logic.** We seek someone who brings ideas, asks questions, and helps transform raw data into strategic business assets. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Propose and evolve the project’s data architecture; * Work with tools such as dbt and Tableau Prep, supporting both data transformation and analytical consumption; * Collaboratively define analytical logic; * Structure and maintain data pipelines (ETL/ELT); * Design, implement, and maintain processes for extracting, processing, modeling, and validating data from the database (ERP Ábacos); * Create and maintain analytical models; * Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation; * Support the BI layer by guaranteeing data is ready, reliable, and high-performing for visualization and analysis; * Suggest continuous improvements in performance, organization, and best practices; * Structure and maintain data models integrating diverse sources (ERP, Google Analytics 4, Marketplaces, E-commerce Platform, Paid Media). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, IT, or related fields; * Advanced SQL proficiency for data analysis and transformation; * Experience in analytical data modeling; * Experience with automation/ETL tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt, Tableau Prep); * ERP experience. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Proficiency in programming languages (**Python or R**) oriented toward data analysis; * Solid experience in the e-commerce and digital retail ecosystem; * Familiarity with AI. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** Flexible working hours; 40% discount on products available on our websites; Partnerships with educational institutions; Course and training subsidy\*; Gympass; Parking\*; Birthday Day Off\*; No Dress Code. * Benefits subject to current policy.
