Job Description Machining Supervisor Responsibilities: Assign work orders to various machines according to delivery deadlines; Supply manufacturing materials to operators; Guide and train operators on quality assurance procedures; Prioritize urgent items; Implement corrective actions necessary to prevent recurrence of non-conformities; Coordinate and perform corrective and preventive maintenance; Inspect materials supplied by the customer; Monitor and minimize manufacturing costs; Operate thermal treatment furnaces. Requirements: Completed high school education; 3 years of experience in this role or a similar position; knowledge of machine tools (lathes, milling machines, drills, boring machines); machining processes; cutting tools; technical standards for materials and manufacturing; ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; English (desirable).
