If you are passionate about challenges, possess an innovative mindset, and enjoy contributing to creating something meaningful, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for delivering remaining units and overseeing services provided by third-party teams through site inspections at developments, preventing rework and customer dissatisfaction * Contribute to technical investigations and assessments, seeking execution methodologies, suppliers, and materials * Conduct measurements and weekly production monitoring, managing and engaging suppliers for warranty-related services * Monitor handover/transitions after project completion, accompanied by an expert inspector for common areas inspection, to understand the beginning of the entire technical support process **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, or a Technical Diploma in Building Construction * Experience in customer service * Knowledge of supplier negotiation **Additional Information** **Exclusive Benefits:** Flexible Meal Allowance (restaurants/supermarkets) – no payroll deduction.
