Position: Tender Analyst – School Meal Program **Location:** São Paulo/SP **Segment:** School Food Service | Public Tenders **Work Model:** On-site / Limão, North Zone of São Paulo Position Description We are seeking a professional with experience in tender processes focused on the school meal segment, operating strategically and operationally across all stages of public procurement procedures. The role will be responsible for analyzing tender notices, preparing documentation, participating in electronic auctions, and monitoring contracts with municipal governments, public agencies, and clients in the food sector. Key Responsibilities * Analyze tender notices related to school meals and collective food service; * Perform technical review of terms of reference and documentary requirements; * Prepare and organize documentation for participation in tender procedures; * Participate in electronic and in-person auctions; * Monitor deadlines, appeals, challenges, and award announcements; * Manage company certificates, contracts, and legal documentation; * Interface with commercial, legal, operational, and finance departments; * Support pricing strategy and cost composition; * Monitor opportunities on public procurement portals and government purchasing platforms; * Ensure compliance of processes with applicable legislation. Mandatory Requirements * Prior experience with public tenders, preferably in the school meal segment; * Knowledge of Public Tender Law and administrative contracts; * Experience with electronic auctions; * Familiarity with platforms such as Comprasnet, BEC, Licitações-e, and public procurement portals; * Strong document organization skills and attention to detail; * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; * Analytical, organized profile with a sense of urgency. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in school meal programs, perishable food items, and supply logistics; * Knowledge of cost composition and margin calculation for public contracts; * Experience serving municipal governments and public agencies. Compensation and Benefits * R$3\.500,00 * Transportation Allowance; * Meal/food allowance Salary Range: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
