Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for the management, optimization, and governance of digital collection channels, monitoring KPIs and collaborating on system integration projects. Your journey starts here! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Channel Management: Responsible for operations and performance on renegotiation platforms (e.g., Serasa, Acerto, and Acordo Certo). * Data Intelligence: Monitor key KPIs such as conversion rates, agreement default rates, average ticket size, and cash recovery. * Process Optimization: Lead process mapping and automation to ensure scalability. * Technical Interface: Collaborate on system integration projects, ensuring integrity of write-off, cancellation, and agreement workflows. * Governance: Ensure all operations comply with credit policies and current regulatory standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel skills and data visualization tools (Power BI or similar); * Prior experience in digital collection channels or mass collections. Preferred Qualifications: * Additional courses in credit analysis and collections; * Knowledge of collections legislation Behavioral Profile: * Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact effectively across various team levels and profiles. Desirable: * Experience in incident management and collections campaigns. **Additional Information** Hybrid work model: 3 days per week onsite at our office on Av. Paulista.
