Supporting productivity control and administrative routine on construction sites **Job Description:** * Record and track mechanics' working hours per equipment; * Enter activity hours and operational information into specific software; * Assist in yard organization by monitoring equipment release; * Control and verify open service orders for equipment undergoing maintenance; * Support productivity control and administrative routine on construction sites; * Ensure the organization and reliability of recorded information. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in this role, including tracking and recording productivity data; * Knowledge of task control and operational routines; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; * Basic computer literacy and familiarity with timekeeping systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience on construction sites, heavy machinery maintenance, or operational yards; * Familiarity with maintenance or production control software.
