Controller Supervisor

Description

We are looking for an organized, analytical, proactive individual with leadership skills to serve as Cost Audit Supervisor in the hotel's Finance department. Your mission will be to supervise, audit, and control operational and financial costs, ensuring reliable information, compliance with regulations, and strategic support for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and audit costs, ensuring budget adherence. * Monitor and validate payments and receipts (credit and debit cards). * Coordinate accounting reconciliations across systems. * Review journal entries, invoices, and cost center allocations. * Analyze cost variances, deviations, and financial inconsistencies. * Audit contracts, rates, and processes to ensure compliance. * Propose and monitor cost reduction initiatives. * Create and present managerial and financial reports. * Support internal and external audits. * Supervise and guide the team, fostering their development. * Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, F&B, and Operations. * Ensure procedures comply with brand standards. * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and internal controls.
